2.What are the performance characteristics of the aeration pipe? |
Compared with traditional disc type aerators, aeration pipes have the following characteristics:
(1) The aeration capacity of the membrane aeration pipe is large. At a water depth of 6M, the aeration area of a useful length of 2M of the aeration pipe is appropriate for the aeration area of 10 aeration heads with a diameter of 20CM, and the aeration is uniform.
(2) The aeration pipe has high power and oxygen utilization rate for oxygen filling, and low pressure loss. The bubble diameter that occurs in the aeration pipe in water is less than 2MM, and oxygen is easily dissolved in the water. According to the air supply volume of the fan, its maximum oxygen utilization rate is 52.5%. The maximum power is 8KgO2/KWH, and the pressure loss is 36-50mbar. It can greatly save energy consumption. According to storage accounting, under the same conditions, the aeration pipe saves more than 20% energy compared to the aeration head, making it suitable for large and medium-sized industrial sewage treatment projects, and saving a lot of operating costs.
(3) The aeration pipe is depicted in a circular shape, without sedimentation, with good membrane opening and closing performance, and without blockage. During the intermittent aeration suspension period, sewage will not flow back into the pipe.
(4) The rubber film of the aeration pipe is made of a rare formula, with good elasticity, long service life, and no cracking. Generally speaking, the service life of EPDM rubber film is over 5 years, and the service life of silicone rubber film is over 10 years.
(5) The aeration support pipe is designed as an integrated design, with seismic and torsional resistance characteristics, will not crack, and does not require protection for life.
(6) The layout of the aeration pipe is simple, the device is convenient, and it is rare and easy to clean and replace. Generally speaking, the time required to install an aeration tube is only about 1 minute.
In sewage treatment plants, the use of aeration pipes is much less than that of aeration heads, and the amount of air transport pipes used is also greatly reduced. According to the investment cost calculation of existing sewage treatment plants using membrane aeration pipes, even if the air distribution pipe is made of stainless steel, its investment cost is almost the same as that of using aeration heads, and its aeration effect is much better than that of aeration heads.
