2. Complete the installation of the filler bracket: According to the construction drawing for the installation of the filler bracket in the inclined pipe sedimentation tank, first install the filler bracket in place, check that all welding nodes are secure, the bracket strength is sufficient to withstand the weight of the filler, and complete anti-corrosion treatment on the surface of the bracket; 3. Complete the ironing of inclined tube fillers: According to the ironing method of inclined tube fillers, each inclined tube filler is packaged as a separate ironing unit, with a unit area of 1m2 after ironing. After ironing, it is neatly stacked on the site (with a small amount of loose pieces reserved for backup).
4. Assembly inside the honeycomb inclined tube filler pool: Assemble the hot pressed filler unit from left to right on the upper part of the filler bracket. Always maintain a constant angle of 60 °, and each unit should be properly compressed during assembly. If the size is not exactly suitable when assembled to the far right, it is necessary to use loose diagonal tube fillers according to the size before assembly until all are in place.
5. Fixed upper part of honeycomb inclined pipe filler: Due to the specific gravity of the inclined pipe filler being 0.92, which is slightly less than water, after the inclined pipe filler is assembled in place in the tank, a 10mm round steel needs to be pulled from left to right above the filler for reinforcement (two round steel bars are required to pass through the upper part of each unit filler), and the two ends of the round steel are reliably fixed on the wall of the sedimentation tank, After installing the round steel, it can effectively prevent the possibility of loosening and floating of the inclined pipe filler during initial use. The round steel is anti-corrosion with epoxy coal tar asphalt.
6. Operation and commissioning of honeycomb inclined tube sedimentation tank: (1) Check whether the inlet water is uniform and not to cause any impact on the sedimentation tank, which may affect the sedimentation effect; (2) Adjust the height and levelness of the outlet weir groove to a suitable level to maintain uniform outlet water; (3) After the above construction procedures, the installation of the filling materials for the inclined tube sedimentation tank has been fully completed.
