5. Introduction to corundum ceramic microporous aerator aeration hose products. |
Compared with the original microporous aerator, the corundum aerator has the following advantages: A has a simple structure, the original aerator aeration hose has five components, while the whole body only has three components, with fast assembly speed and easy installation and debugging at the bottom of the tank. B has good sealing performance. The original aerator had a large contact surface at the sealing area, and there were three types of materials in contact with three surfaces. If one surface was uneven, there would be air leakage, resulting in large bubbles in the aeration tank. As a whole type aerator, the contact area between the two surfaces was burned together, and there was no air leakage.
C has a large surface area, which has been calculated to increase by nearly 75%. This also increases the aeration rate, improves the oxygen charging efficiency of the aeration hose, or expands the service area. The integrated aerator can reach 0.5-0.8m2/unit. D aeration has good stirring performance. The original aerator only had positive aeration, while the all-in-one aerator aerated both sides simultaneously, making it easier for the bottom sewage to stir and push upwards.
